With over 30+ years working in a dealership environment and wearing different hats in the automotive industry, I have gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge with cars of all makes and models. I’ve worked as a Technician, Master Technician, Shop Foreman, Team Leader and Service Advisor, maintaining excellent customer service with my clients. My automotive experience includes working on Jaguar, Audi, Volkswagen, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Porsche, Land Rover, Volvo, Toyota, Kia, Honda, Ford, Chevrolet, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Lexus, Hyundai and Jeep.

My accomplishments include being a graduate of Universal Technical Institute (UTI); being nationally selected to compete in the North American Master Technician Jaguar Competition; and I have current ASE certifications A1-A8, and previous L1, CA Smog License, and Brake and Lamp Check Inspector License.
